How does your reservation service work?
Our service offers a platform where customers can buy and sell reservations at a variety of hard to sit at restaurants. Simply select your preferred restaurant, choose a date and time, and book your reservation instantly! You will receive a confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org shortly after booking.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Due to the nature of the reservations, you may cancel the reservation, but will not receive a refund for any canceled reservations.
How do I sell a reservation?
To sell a reservation, select “Sell your reservation” at the top of the page, enter the details for the reservation including: restaurant name, party size, time frame, price, and the reservation confirmation link. Our team will approve submitted reservations within 24 hours of submission. Please ensure all fields are filled out properly and that your confirmation link is functional!
Are there any fees associated with selling a reservation?
Cita Marketplace takes 30% of the sale price of each reservation sold.
How many reservations can I make?
You can make as many reservations as you want! There is no limit.
How are payments processed?
We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.
What happens if the restaurant is closed or unable to honor my reservation?
In the rare case that a restaurant is unable to honor your reservation, we will do our best to arrange an alternative reservation for you at the same or a similar restaurant or provide a full refund.

Can I request a change for time or party size at the restaurant?
While we can pass along your request to the restaurant, we cannot guarantee specific seating as it is ultimately up to the restaurant's discretion.
Do I need to confirm my reservation?
No, once you've made a booking through our service, your reservation is immediately confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org with all the details.
Can I make a reservation for a large group?
Yes, we can accommodate reservations for large groups. However, availability depends on each restaurant's capacity and policies. Generally we offer availability for parties of 2 or 4. We recommend making large group reservations well in advance to ensure availability.
I want a reservation that isn’t listed on the website. What can I do?
We offer a number of “off menu” reservations that aren’t currently available on our website as we expand. Feel free to DM us via instagram @citareservations or via email at email@example.com
