EFFECTIVE APRIL 6TH 2023
If a user encounters an issue receiving a reservation, or if the reservation is purchased but becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Cita Reservations, a 100% refund will be made to the original payment method.
It is crucial to note that this policy applies only when the cause of cancellation or unavailability is external to the user's control and not due to failure to adhere to the terms and conditions specified by Cita Reservations at the time of purchase.
If a reservation becomes unavailable due to a user's failure to comply with the provided guidelines (specified in the email communications from Cita Reservations at the time of purchase), the user will not be eligible for a refund. These guidelines may include, but are not limited to, the use of the name provided within the confirmation email, not mentioning Cita or any 3rd party platforms, and complying with other terms and conditions as detailed by Cita Reservations.
We are also not responsible for cancellations due to arriving late to the restaurant.
To report any issues regarding reservations or to request a cancellation, please email us at email@example.com. Please include your reservation number, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of the issue for expedited resolution.
Users must reach out to us within 48 hours of the issue arising to be considered for a refund. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the original payment method. Please allow for this time period before making any further inquiries regarding your refund.
By purchasing a reservation through Cita Marketplace, users agree to abide by this cancellation policy. Non-compliance with the policy's terms and conditions may result in denial of refund requests.
Cita Marketplace reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website and will apply to all reservations made after the effective date of the changes. It is the user's responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically for updates.
